I decided to RUN down to Vons this afternoon to score my 10 FREE Packs of Hot Dogs before they were all sold out! I am happy to say it worked like a charm… {and we may be having hot dogs for dinner}!

All of my hot dogs were FREE, after the Catalina. My 12-Pack Soda ended up costing me $2.52 Each (+ CRV) which is in my ‘BUY’ range. Be sure to check your Just For U account to see if you also have the extra FREEBIE!
I’m having a VERY HARD TIME determining if the Just For U coupons advertised in their sale circular are STORE eCoupons or MFR eCoupons. I’ve even called and asked customer service, and sadly the representative I ended up with knew even less about the program than I do! He told me that you CAN NOT stack Just For U electronic coupons with manufacturer coupons. That’s not exactly true. The in-ad STORE Coupons that you can either clip or load to your club card via the Just For U program CAN BE STACKED… I do it all the time. Today, I happened to have a $1/2 Oscar Mayer Hot Dog coupon in my purse. I had my favorite cashier scan it to see what the register would do. It went through fine, with no beeps! My receipt shows my net cost on the Hot Dogs to be $8.90 for 10 packs (before my $10 Catalina), so the Just For U eCoupon did NOT reverse. I successfully stacked a mfr coupon with the Oscar Mayer Just For U eCoupon. What I don’t know for sure is if my cashier did some magic on it or not. There’s not an ‘override’ shown on my receipt anywhere. Long store short, I made money on the hot dogs, just can’t guarantee it will work for anyone else… and I’m still just as confused as I was before about these crazy (but AWESOME) eCoupons!

I always stack manufacturer coupons on top of the Just for U ecoupons at Vons… never had a problem either…
